Wheels-off Web Design has a responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best services available.  The following guidelines are designed to ensure these obligations are met:

CONTENT:

We will NOT under any circumstances, design, redo, create or render our services to any sites that promote, endorse, duplicate, link to, or deal with the following:

• Sexual or sexually explicit material or contents.
• Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, torturous, defamatory, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
• Content that infringes upon any trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any party.
• Hacking, warez, virus transmittal, or computer activities of an illegal nature.
• "Spamming", pyramid schemes, junk mail or the transferal of unsolicited e-mail or advertising techniques.
• Content that is harmful to minors in any way.
• Instructional information about illegal activities, promoting physical harm or injury against any group or individual.  This may include, but is not limited to, providing instructions on how to assemble bombs, grenades and other weapons, and creating "Crush" sites.
• Animal cruelty or procedures deemed harmful, unnecessary or unnatural to animals.
• Any activity considered illegal under federal, state and international laws.

We reserve the right to deny service to any site for these or any other unspecified above reason.

All content on the Wheels-off Web Design web site including the elements of design and layout unless otherwise noted, is copyrighted material, and may not be reproduced or imitated in whole or in part.  Legal action will be pursued against violators to the extent the law allows.

Wheels-off Web Design is the owner of all intellectual property rights, including trademarks (registered and unregistered), copyrights, logos and all derivative works. Operate under the assumption that everything you see on the Wheels-off Web Design web site is copyrighted unless otherwise noted.

Any site, page, graphic, or logo designed by Wheels-off Web Design shall be recognized for services rendered with either a graphic or text link to the Wheels-off Web Design web site.  You, the client, hold the choice of which type (graphic or text) link back to Wheels-off Web Design you wish to include in your page(s) or site(s).  Failure to comply will result in action up to and including site termination.  No refunds will be made as a result of site termination.

Should any viewer of a document or service rendered by Wheels-off Web Design respond with feedback information, such as comments, questions, or suggestions, or the like, regarding any design by Wheels-off Web Design, such information shall be regarded non-confidential and Wheels-off Web Design shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such information, and shall be free to use, reproduce, disclose and distribute the information to others.  Further, Wheels-off Web Design shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, techniques or technology contained in such information for any purpose whatsoever.

Wheels-off Web Design may provide links to other World Wide Web sites or resources.  Because Wheels-off Web Design has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Wheels-off Web Design is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites.

Wheels-off Web Design may at any time revise these terms of your use of the site by updating this posting.  You are bound by any such revisions and are therefore advised to consult this page on a regular basis.

The Wheels-off Web Design web site, and all services rendered to our customers are provided "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  Under no circumstances shall Wheels-off Web Design be liable or responsible for any incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, those resulting from loss of use, data, or profits.

BILLING:

Clients will pay a 50% deposit for design fees before work on design begins.  The remaining 50% will be due upon completion of the project.  Your site will not be posted for Internet viewing until all design fees have been paid.  If clients decide to not continue with Wheels-off Web Design's design service after the initial 50% deposit is paid but before design work has begun, a refund will be issued.  If a client decides not to continue with design service after the initial deposit has been paid and after design work has begun, no refund will be issued.
